Alta Lucille Babb, 99, died Saturday, December 22, 2012.
Born in Greer, she was a daughter of the late Homer and Hattie Babb.
She was a retired employee of E.W. Poe Burlington Plant and was a member of Monaghan Baptist Church.
Ms. Babb is survived by a sister, Lizzie Flynn, of Greer; and a brother, Claude Babb, of Greer. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Monaghan Baptist Church. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial is in Graceland West.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Monaghan Baptist Church, 1500 West Parker Road, Greenville, SC 29617.
The family will be at their respective homes.
