Antoinette Moorman

Antoinette Moorman, 67, of 928 Piedmont Highway, wife of Marvin Ellis Moorman, quietly passed away Monday, March 15, 2010 at her home. Born in Patterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Madeline Stokes Cabral. Mrs. Moorman was a homemaker and member of Piedmont United Methodist Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are three sons, William Joseph Johnson and wife, Susan, of Travelers Rest, Kenneth Wayne Johnson and wife, Gina, of Greenville and Steven Anthony Johnson and wife, Shannon, of Anderson; two stepchildren, Renee Moorman Haywood of Atlanta, GA and Marvin Ellis Moorman, II of Brandon, Miss.; 11 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Piedmont United Methodist Church, 31 Main Street, Piedmont, SC 29673. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 18, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral service will be held Friday, March 19, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. in the downtown chapel. Burial will follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the residence.
