Charles Kamholz, 74, of Travelers Rest, husband of Grace M. Schaefer Kamholz, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. Born in Buffalo, NY, he was a son of the late Thomas and Edna Hasfurther Kamholz. He is survived by his loving wife; children, Darrell R. Kamholz and Glenna Kamholz; two grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister. The funeral service held at Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
