Christine Wehunt

Christine Lee Wehunt "Cricket", 74, of Greenville, widow of the late Dennis Eugene Wehunt, died September 27, 2011. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Creed and Della Lee. Mrs. Wehunt retired from the accounting department at Woven Electronics and was currently employed at Furman University. She was a member of Berea First Baptist Church. Christine was a selfless and giving woman who loved her family. She is survived by her son, Joe Wehunt Kim of Greenville; three grandsons, Josef Wehunt, and Damian and Justin Berrios; and her sister, Louise Cromer of Easley. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Clifton Lee. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Berea First Baptist Church with visitation prior to the service from 1:30 – 2:45 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery West. The family will be at the residence.
