Dougald Murdock McNeill, Jr., passed on to his final resting place on February 15, 2014. Good bye to a gentle giant with a beautiful smile and delightful personality. Anyone who knew him could learn lessons that you should cherish friendships, be very appreciative or everything life gives you, and never complain; He was a man with so little who loved his life. Whitey was his dog that cherished with all his heart. She was his constant companion and the one he confided in. She was his trusted and loyal friend to the end. Rest In Peace, Dougald Murdock McNeill, Jr., you will certainly be missed.
Thanks to all the Angels from Gentiva Hospice who gave Mr. McNeill tender, loving care while he was at home. Thanks also to McCall Hospice Open Arms for giving him a beautiful, serene place to spend his last days, and to ALL the Angels there who gave him solace. Thank you to all the Angels who delivered meals every day from the Meals On Wheels and gave him a smile and sometimes a hug. Thank you to each and every one who made his day brighter. Mr. McNeill will have a graveside service Monday, February 17, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
