Elizabeth Ann Reames Watson of Greenville, SC died August 24, 2009. Born in Bishopville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Cecil H. and Louise C. Reames. She is survived by her husband, James H. Watson; her three children, Elizabeth "Betsy" Marchant and husband Craig, James H. "Jim" Watson and wife Tammy, John Ashby Watson and wife Rhonda; five grandchildren, Lucas Marchant and wife Jessica, Elizabeth "Liza" Marchant Barron and husband Marshall, William "Will" H. Watson, Ryan Ashby Watson, Carter Ann Watson; and one great grandchild, Marshall Davis Barron. There will be a private committal service. A memorial service will be held at the Fourth Presbyterian Church of Greenville on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. The family will greet friends in the fellowship hall of the church after the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the Louise C. Reames Scholarship Fund at Furman University, 3300 Poinsett Highway, Greenville, SC 29613-6162.
