Elmo "Bo" Garner, 78, of Williamston, husband of Lois Rachel Garner, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Jones Eddie and Elizabeth Mae Garner. Bo retired from Duke Energy after 22 years and was in the United States National Guard. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and traveling. InContinue Reading
