Eloise Waters, 69, wife of J. Mack Waters, Jr., died Monday, July 28, 2008. Born in Hartford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy Tessier La Maire. Mrs. Waters was a retired Administrative Assistant for Flagler County Schools. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Laurie Samoluk and husband Rob; two sons, Tom Cassille and wife Terry, and Mike Cassille and wife Christine; three step daughters, Joy Fleming and husband Bruce, Julie Niewoit and husband Leon, and Jeannine Fusco and husband Nick, a sister, Linda Levin and her husband Richard, and fourteen grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 6 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.
