Jackie Foster Gilley

Born in Eden, NC he was a son of the late Foster Gilley and Elsie Hale Gilley.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by one daughter, Angela Dawn Sheppard and husband John Paul Sheppard, Jr.; one sister Janice Kocher of Greensboro, NC; and four grandchildren, Savannah Lackey, Mahala Lackey, Carson Sheppard, and John Sheppard.

He was preceded in death by one son, Michael Dwayne Gilley, and two brothers, Jimmy and Joel Gilley.

A visitation will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Leaksville Christian Church, Eden, NC with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Resound Student Choir Covenant UMC, 1310 Old Spartanburg Rd., Greer, SC 29650.
