James C. Holder

James C. ?Jimbo? Holder, 86 formerly of 117 Ackley Road, Greenville and a current resident of Rock Hill died on Friday, April 8, 2005 at Rock Hill Health Care. Born in Laurens County he was a son of the late Ambrose S. and Rose Campbell Holder. He has been married for 28 years to Mary Frances Collins Holder. Mr. Holder was in the US Army and retired from BuilderMarts of America. He was an Elder at Antioch Christian Church, former Treasurer of the Church and former Chairman of the Board. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Mary Louise Pearson of Mauldin; step daughter, Mary Jo Melton; step son Frank Melton both of Rock Hill; three grandchildren, Casey Pearson, Andy Pearson and Amber Melton. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 12 noon at Antioch Christian Church on Fork Shoals Road. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:30 ? 8:00 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The family will be at their respective homes.
