Junell Nutter

Junell Bowers Nutter, 76, of Marietta, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 10, 2012. She was a daughter of the late Thomas and Pansy Bowers. She is survived two daughters, Elaine Williamson Larry, and Wanda Poole; a son, Charlie Nutter Tammy ; granddaughter, Erica Burton Jamie; three great grandchildren, Hayley, Brianna, and Jay Burton; two sisters, Myrtle Banks, and Faye Andrews; and a brother, Vester Bowers. She was predeceased by a grandson, Brian Nutter; a sister, Frances Masters; and three brothers, Roy, James, and Bill Bowers. The visitation will be held Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 12:30 until 1:15 p.m. at Peters Creek Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 1:30 p.m. with the Reverend Earl Reid officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Peter's Creek Baptist Church, 972 Shoals Creek Church Road, Easley, SC 29640.
