Marion Hufflin

Marion Hufflin, 80, of 216 Beth Drive, died Sunday, May 21, 2006, at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Luther and Lydia West Hufflin, he was an Army veteran of World War II, and was a member of Leawood Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of fifty-eight years, Frances Hufflin; a daughter and her husband, Kathy and Danny Simmons of Greenville; a son and his wife, Rick and Angie Hufflin, of Myrtle Beach; three sisters: Dora Hufflin, Louise Payne and Azalea McNeely; two brothers, W.J. and Harold Hufflin, all of Greenville; eight grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Ronnie and Charles Hufflin. Visitation will be 6:00 ? 8:00 p.m. Monday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, 2006, at Leawood Baptist Church, with the Reverend Dr. W. D. King officiating. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence.
