Mary Jane Koch

Mary Jane Koch, 83, wife of Daniel Koch, Sr., died Saturday, June 22, 2013. Born March 20, 1930 in Elizabeth, NJ, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Teneyck Wyckoff Zielenbach. Mrs. Koch was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband of 61 years, are four daughters, Barbara J. Kerr, Susan M. Hornback and husband Charles, all of Springfield, MO, Theresa M. Russo and husband Thomas, of Kingsville, MD, and Virginia G. Kidd, of Fayetteville, NC; and son, Daniel F. Koch, Jr., of Greensboro, NC; sixteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; and sister, Sara O'Conner, of Allentown, PA. She was preceded in death by sister, Nancy Conklin. Vigil will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 6 p.m. with visitation following until 8 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 12 noon, at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment will be at a later date in Springfield, MO.
