Rose Diglio, 100, widower of Albert Diglio, died Thursday, May 28, 2015.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Adeline Donze Bianco.

Mrs. Diglio was a retired nurse and a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. She volunteered at St. Francis Hospital, and resided at Haywood Estates.

Surviving are her sister, Jennie Buscaglia; and brother, Sam Bianco. She was predeceased by siblings, Tony, Phil, and Joe Bianco, Mary Giovanco and Theresa Palmigiano and Ann Rice.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Burial in Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.

Rose will be missed. I always enjoyed seeing her at Publix when she would come in to do her shopping. Jennie, I am so glad we went over to visit her a couple of weeks ago. I will have fond memories of that time together!

Dear Family, we are sadden to learn of your loss. Miss Rose was a very giving person. May your many shared memories bring you peace. Almighty God is close to those who grieve with broken hearts; "...He saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) Our sincere condolence to all of you.
