Stephen Wysowski

Stephen Wysowski, 90, of Greenville, husband of Cecelia Gurski Wysowski, died Saturday, March 30, 2013. Born in Derby, Conn., he was a son of the late Peter and Xenia Bajus Wysowski. Mr. Wysowski retired from Schick Company where he worked in maintenance. He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran and was a member of American Legion Post Three. He was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. Surviving, in addition to his wife of 65 years, are a daughter, Mary Ann and her husband Craig Sahms, of Taylors; a son, Steven and his wife Anne Wysowski, of Bristol, Conn.; a sister, Mary Churma, of Shelton, Conn.; four grandchildren, Ashlee Kellett, Jessie Sahms, Amy Wysowski, and Brian Wysowski; and his buddy "Chief". He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. Memorials may be made to American Red Cross, 940 Grove Rd., Greenville, SC 29605, or the American Diabetes Association, 701 Grove Rd., ISC Third Floor, Greenville SC 29605. The family will be at the residence.
