William Kellett

William "Perry" Kellett, 56, husband of Joan Hester, died November 28, 2009 at his residence. Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late John G. Kellett and Jessie Lee Fuller Duncan. Mr. Kellett served in the U.S. Army. Also, he was a member of Reedy River Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Dawn "Beth" Wilson and her husband Tim; a son, John Robert Kellett and his wife Crystal; sisters, Shirley K. Smith and Patricia K. Lyda; a brother, Carlton Ray Kellett; step-sister, Jackie Duncan Bishop. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Lee Kellett and his step-father, William E. Duncan. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Reedy River Baptist Church. Visitation will be prior to the service, 12:00 – 1:15 PM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Reedy River Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. 871 N. Hwy. 25, Greenville, SC 29617.
The family will be at the residence of Beth Wilson.
