William ?Carlos? Rochester, 78, of 25 Saluda Lake Circle, died on July 27, 2006.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late William Esley and Callie Ballard Rochester. Mr. Rochester served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from C.C. Dickson Company. He was a life-time member of Forestville Baptist Church.
Surviving is former wife and life long friend, Lib Rochester; two daughters, Diane Wyatt and Kathy Rochester of the home; one grandson, Shane Wyatt, who was raised in the home and wife Sandra; one great-granddaughter, Zoe Isabella Wyatt; one sister, Frances Hackiney, of Atlanta; one brother, Sherman Rochester, of Greenville.
Mr. Rochester was predeceased by four sisters, Lula and Laura Rochester, Estelle Anders, and Rebecca Redding; three brothers, Kenneth Vick, Raymond, and Nathaniel Rochester.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 6:00-8:00 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Services will be held on Saturday at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Gardens.
The family will be at the residence.
