James William “Bill” Wynn, 60, husband of Joanie Stasney-Wynn, of Taylors, died Thursday, May 9, 2019.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of Dorothy Chloe Vaughn Hannon and the late James William Wynn, Sr.
Bill served in the United States Army and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church where he sang in the choir.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by a daughter, Tessa Marie Fulmer; a son, James Henry Dylan Wynn; three grandchildren, Corbin Fulmer, Makenna Fulmer, and Katherine Wynn; and two sisters, Sharon Loflin and Alison Wynn.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The family has requested casual attire be worn. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, May 17, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with the Rite of Committal to follow in the church columbarium.
