I lost touch with Bill when I moved away back in the late 70's. We were very close friends before then. Out of the blue his name came to me at work yesterday and I Googled his name. It breaks my heart now that I did not get back with Bill after all these years. We sang bass together in a choir and enjoyed youth trip outings in our teenage years. Bill and I were quite a pair of misfits back in the day. I have been listening to our favorite rock band thinking of him the past few days.

His mom Dot played the piano on many songs we sang in the choir. She could bang those keys with the best of any professional musician!

I will say a prayer for all the Wynn family that peace will come to them soon.

Bill, I will see you in heaven my friend! R.I.P.

Winn Family...very sorry to hear about Bill's passing.  He was a great guy, with a quick wit and a very down to earth demeanor.  We were chaperones on a trip to Camp Greenville with our children's 8th grade class.  We had a great time, and I'm sure Dylan remembers.  It was clear he loved his family deeply, so I know y'all will miss him.  Take care.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

We have good memories of Bill and his family when Dillon and our sons played church basketball. We saw and heard Bill with the choir over the years, and lastly at Confession before Easter. We recognized each other at the last instant,  after he passed in front of our pew, by looking for a second beyond his illness deep into his bear-like eyes  and did not know it would be our last.
The Sigler Family left a message on May 11, 2019:
May your family find comfort as “the hearer of prayer” embraces their hearts (Psalms 94:19). Lean on one another for strength and encouragement to stay strong. We hope that the many cards, hugs, kind words, cherished memories, and loving prayers sustains your family during this most difficult time.
Dorothy Stokes left a message on May 10, 2019:
While our words may fail to ease the pain of losing a loved one, our Heavenly Father sees your pain and lets us know that “He is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Ps. 34:18) I hope you and your family will allow this promise to ease your pain during this difficult time.
