Charlotte and the Newton family - I just learned of Buck's passing today and so sorry I did not get to attend the funeral yesterday. Buck was one of the nicest guys you could ever meet, and a '59 classmate of mine at The Citadel. In fact we worked together our senior year on our Engineering Sr Class project.
I know Buck will be missed, and personally I and a few other classmates will miss taking him to lunch every so often while he was living at Brookdale. It was a joy fo get together and share old times with him.
Please know that we will be praying for you and all the family as you go thru this time of grief and sorrow.

Buck was one of the most sweet, kind hearted men I have ever met. He was so helpful to us all. My heart is so heavy because he is gone, however I am so happy that he is with Our Lord and Savior and is free from pain. I will always remember him sitting in the rocking chair on the porch and our talks we had. Love you much Buck

I was sad to read about Bucky's passing.  We called him Bucky at BHS.  I graduated in 1955 with him. He was always a fun person to be around. Please tell his brother, Harold how sorry I am to hear of his passing.  With deepest sympathy, Sylvia Taylor McKinney.
