Betty Ann Milan, 89, wife of the late David Milan, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021.

Born in Martins Ferry, OH, she was a daughter of the late Domenick and Catherine Falcone Loccisano.

Mrs. Milan was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.

Betty's grandchildren meant the world to her. She was also one of the founding members of the Heritage Lakes Swim Team.

She is survived by son, David Milan (Cheri), two daughters, Cinda Milan and Deborah Kuhn (Chad), ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, brother, Domenick Loccisano; and a sister, Nancy Raimonde.

In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Schwalge; two brothers, Rocco Loccisano and Sonny Loccisano; and a sister, Mary Rose Smithson.

A Vigil will be held Monday, May 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast. Masks are required in all Thomas McAfee Funeral Home locations and attendees are strongly encouraged to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 4th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church with burial to follow at Graceland East Memorial Park.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
