My cousin, Connie…what can I say? She was a very giving, loving, funny, headstrong and opinionated woman. (If it wasn’t right, she’d tell you it wasn’t right and then tell you how to you’d better make it right.) But above everything, she was a devoted believer and servant of our Lord and Savior. I’ll miss her, along with her wit, encouragement, strength and beautiful singing voice. However, I find solace in the fact that she is in the presence of the All Mighty. She’s walking the streets of gold with departed loved ones and praising His name. She’s also untroubled, healthy and pain-free. I pray for strength, understanding and comfort for Gerry, Uncle Frank and all of Connie's family and friends. May you all feel the power of God's love.

Our mothers were sisters which made us cousins. She was so much more to me. We shared memories, family and our Loving relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Those who knew her knew of her beautiful voice. She grew up in a musical family. With them she shared her talent with so many beginning at a young age. I can picture her with her Mother and sister Maryann singing their praises to our Lord for eternity. I will always remember her as my little sister and prayer partner. I love Connie and someday we will meet again in that sweet by and by.

My wife and I met Connie at Frank's birthday party. She was a gracious host and we appreciated her so much. I know the family is grieving and our hearts go out to them. Several times I've been on the cell with Frank and the home phone would ring. It would be Connie checking on her dad. I know she'll be greatly missed.
