Gabriel Martin Seppala was born in Leominster, Mass. on January 15, 1990. He died suddenly at home, in Lyman, SC on November 18, 2020.
Gabe is the son of Arnold and Eileen Seppala of Lyman, SC.
He leaves behind five sisters; Faye (Martin) Kulla of Rindge, NH, Brenda (Bruce) Niemitalo, Beth (Nathan) Coponen, Rachael (John) Karlsen and Virginia (Jason) Kuusisto all of SC; four brothers, Scott (Tammy) Seppala, Warren (Darilyn) Seppala, Jerome (Heidi) Seppala and Marcus (Heidi) Seppala also of SC.
Gabe was predeceased by one brother, Barry Seppala and one sister, Alison Salo.
Gabe was raised in the Apostolic Lutheran Church. He worked in the construction field with his dad and brothers, operating heavy equipment.
As a youngster, Gabe was often found pulling apart electronics and tinkering with gadgets, of all kinds. As he grew older he found solace in working on vehicles. Gabe was a sensitive, quiet man with a heart of gold. In this world he had his struggles, but he never stopped loving His Lord.
Gabriel’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him; he will be greatly missed.
Receiving of friends will be held prior to the service starting at 1:00 p.m.
Gabe’s funeral service will be on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Apostolic Lutheran Church, Rutherford Road, Greer SC
Refreshments will be served in the fellowship hall for guests who choose not to go to the burial service, which will be at the Mountain View Cemetery, Greer, SC immediately following funeral.
Gabe’s parents and family will return to the fellowship hall for nourishment and visiting after the grave side service and burial.
