Dear Brenda, Mike, and family, Our deepest condolences to all of you in the loss of Mrs. Barbrey. She was a fine lady and I always had a great relationship with her in the park. Of course, I knew Ham from the mid-'60s as well. She was a strict business lady, as well, and was always fair with me. She called on me often for help with the park and I was always happy to do so. We always had a lot of hour-long talks at least once a month when I would go by to see her. She thought the world of her family and did everything she could under the sun to see that Dillan (Sp?) always had a good home. She would also speak highly and with pride of her other grandchildren, as well. She will be sorely missed. Our condolences to you all.

We are so sorry to hear of Mary Sue's passing.  My mother, Joan Thomas, said if there was ever a good hearted person it was Mary Sue.  She helped everyone and was a shining light to those who knew and loved her.  We are so sad for your loss.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Thankfully, this “Yankee” was a keeper in her mind, pink pants, green flip flops and all. I’ll miss ya.

Mary Sue was the sweetest person who loved to have fun and laugh. I taught her Sunday School class for a number of years and she was so supportive and precious. She taught me how to make dressing for Christmas dinner and I have the napkin she wrote it on while we were at a restaurant for our SS party. Heaven gained an angel!!
