Thelma Page Brock, 93, devoted wife of the late Wallace Edward Brock, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 11, 2021.
Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Luther Eugene and Lucy Annie Mayfield Page. Thelma was a member of Francis Ashbury United Methodist Church. She was the example of a good Christian woman. She loved the Lord with all her heart.
Wallace made a bet with his friend that for just 25 cents, he would marry "that girl over there", talking about Thelma. After only four months of courting her, he married her. No one knows if he ever received that quarter, however, he did win the best lady in the world!
She was an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, MaMa, great-grandmother, cousin, and friend.
