J. Harold Westbrook

J. Harold Westbrook, 74, of Greenville, died Sunday, February 3, 2013. Born in Franklin County, GA, he was a son of the late Dewey and Idell Cora Savage Westbrook. Mr. Westbrook retired from Michelin Tire and was a member of New Life Baptist Church. Harold loved his family and enjoyed golf and baseball. He is survived by sister-in-law, Mae Westbrook of Greenville; nieces, Cynthia Diane Carlton Tim of the home and Tonya Lynn Westbrook Ronnie Privette of Beaufort; great nephews, Travis Lee Carlton of the home and Wilton Jeffrey Sauls of Beaufort. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Wilton H. Westbrook. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with the funeral service following at 1:30 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, GA. Memorials may be made to Open Arms Hospice, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680 or New Life Baptist Church, PO Box 14879, Greenville, SC 29610. The family will be at 12 Childress Circle, Greenville.
