Jeanne Gibson, 58, wife of Dennis Gibson, died Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Born in Belton, she was the daughter of the late Howard Stephens and Betty Major Stephens Turner. Mrs. Gibson was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, Jimmy Gibson; two sisters, Louann Swink Jim of Greer and Sherri Atwood Steve of Gray Court; a brother, Tony Stephens of Piedmont; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 12:00 to 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Downtown Chapel. Burial will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
