Guy Lee, 83, of 3 Garren Drive, died Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Loving husband of Josie J. Lee, he was born in Spartanburg the son of the late John Eston and Mary Elizabeth Harvey Lee. A US Army Air Forces veteran, Mr. Lee retired from the US Postal Service after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Foothills Beagle Club and the American Legion. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed training his beagles. His biggest enjoyment was the photography of his family. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son, Tony Lee of Greenville; daughters, Martha Ann Baker and husband, Ed, of Piedmont and
Kathy Matthews and husband, Curtis of Tampa, FL; daughter-in-law, Esther Lee of Piedmont and son-in-law, Harold Davis of Greenville; 13 grandchildren, Michelle Hammond, Donnie Lee, Vanessa Cacanindin, Chad Lee, Grayson Lee, Asher Lee, Lynn Baker, Jimmy Baker, Danny Baker, Mike Davis, Leigh Seawright, Tonya Harvey, Steve Mabry; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Faye Lockaby Lee, a son, Don Lee, and daughter, Jewell Davis. The family will receive friends from 7:00 ? 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial at Graceland Cemetery, West. Family members are at the residence.
